The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) – Board of Nursing (BON) Resolution No. 18 Series of 2010 states that
"ADOPTING THE BOARD OF NURSING LICENSURE EXAMINATION “NURSING MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (NMIS) – ON-LINE APPLICATION PROGRAM (OLAP)” AND PROVIDING THE NECESSARY FRAMEWORK AND MECHANISMS TOWARDS MERGING INTO THE OVER-ALL LICENSURE EXAMINATION AND REGISTRATION INTEGRATION SYSTEM (LERIS) OF THE PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION."
The NMIS and LERIS are targeted to be implemented starting on the July 2011 Nursing Board Exam.
