Subject: Nationwide Implementation of e-Services
In View of Commission's commitments to the Department of Labor and Employment and President Aquino's 22-Point Platform and Polocy Pronouncement on Labor and Employment, the Commission hereby directs the implementation of the following eServices for implementation in all PRC Regional and Field Offices:
1) Online Verification of Academic Records (OVAR)
2) Online Verification of Eligibility System (OVES)
3) Online Verification of Room Assignments (OVERA)
4) Professional Identification Card Availability Verification (PICAV)
5) Online Verification of Registered Professionals (OVRP)
6) Online Board Examination Application System (OBEAS)
7) Onlline Renewal Application System (ORAS)
8) Online Verification of Rating of Failed Examinee (OVRFE)
The e-Services are designed to enable the Commission to: a) optimize the use of ICT resources and services, b) attain the processing time of frontline services as committed in the PRC Citizen's Charter, e) effect efficient frontline services management to minimize queuing, and d) implement the decentralization of functions thru ICT technology application.
