The Alliance of Young Leaders & Advocates Internation Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit young professional organization founded in September 2009 in the Philippines recognized by the Professional Regulation Commission and registered under the Securities & Exchange Commission with registration number CN201009281 and TIN 007-794-285. AYNLA's main aim is to strengthen the leadership and management knowledge, skills and attitudes of newly practicing nurses, students and other healthcare professionals. AYNLA is also a recognized international partner of the Nightingale Initiative for Global Health (NIGH) & the Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) for the 2020 International Year of the Nurse & the Nightingale Declaration; and partners the United Nation Millenium Campaign for the achievement of the Millenium Development Goals (MDGs).
This year, the AYNLA NCR ZOnes 4 and 5 takes pride in holding their project as part of the CODE RED - NATIONAL HIV RESPONSE & ASRH PROGRAMME, which is the National HIV Response program of the alliance. The program is geared in addressing the need to train more nurses in the HIV treatment, care and support and most importantly on the psychosocial aspect of HIV care. Nursing peer education program is geared to lessen stigma & discrimination among healthcare providers to patients & clients. National Reproductive Health Education and awareness program is also created to facilitate correct information on ASRH and to provide informed choice.
